EULA is a binding agreement agreed between the company and the customer. This state about the End User License Agreement. Please read the end-user agreement carefully before giving us your consent. ThreadQ grants you non-exclusive, limited access and non-transferable yet revocable access to downloading our software or applications.
We allow you to install and use the application for non-commercial or personal use yet in agreement with the terms.
You agree to us that you will not use our products for your commercial purpose or selling purpose. And you agree that you won’t sell, lease, rent, distribute, outsource, or assign the rights of using our applications. Nor it will be given third party access to replicate our offering.
ThreadQ reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, alter, shut any application temporary or permanently discontinue offering a service with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will remain in effect unless terminated by you or us.
ThreadQ can modify or even replace this agreement at any point of time and therefore reserve its rights to do so at sole discretion. For any change to take place 30 days notice period will be circulated before the final change takes shape.
